David has trained personal clients
for the past five years.He brings a unique
mix of formal education and real-world experience to help his clients
reach their goals.
He holds Bachelors degrees in Pre-Medicine and Exercise
Science.In addition to his formal
education, David also holds a certification in the highly esteemed Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).The CSCS is specifically reserved for those who have a degree from an
accredited university and is considered one of the most difficult
certifications to earn in the industry.
David himself is an accomplished
athlete, participating in division III collegiate football, track and field,
and in the sport of power-lifting.In
David’s fourth year as a starting running back, he helped his team finish the
season undefeated and claimed the Midwest Conference Championship Title.
David is currently a nationally
ranked power-lifter in a strict drug-tested power-lifting organization (Natural
Athlete Strength Association).He
currently holds records at the State and National levels, and has recently tied
the World Record for Bench Press in the 181 lb. weight class with a lift of 418
pounds.
